This simple little 1,850 square foot roof in Prosser, WA turned out well. Our proposal to the owner included removing the existing abandoned HVAC unit assuming that since all the mechanical services i.e. electrical and gas had been disconnected the ducting in the attic would have been disconnected also. Through investigating we found that the new HVAC service ducts where running through the old unit. The owner elected to have us encapsulate the existing unit versus having to hire a HVAC contractor to rework the ducting.
