We believe that healthy employees are happy employees. K-5 makes every effort to insure that our employees are up to date on an array of topics that relate to their work, We also include incentives for employees to stay safe themselves plus watch out for each other. Some of these ways include:

- Quarterly Safety Awards
- Hands on equipment training
- Yearly physicals
K-5 reevaluates its Health and Safety Program regularly to insure it is up to date with regulatory changes that pertain to the construction industry.
